The convenient location was great and the room was nicely renovated, featuring a comfortable bed setup.

Fancy brand-new property with hard-working and professional staff from the front desk to the beach supplies to the waitstaff. Great value and well-kept rooms and great bar area.

This venue is well-kept with attentive staff, a great location, and a poolside bar serving alcoholic drinks.

We stayed in an a decent size and spotless room that had a safe, a mini-fridge, and a chair. The location was good, 10 minutes' walk to the centre. It was across the local area.

The location was terrific for kiteboarding. The staff for the most part was helpful and friendly. We met a lot of other hotel guests that were very friendly.

The food at the buffet and restaurants was acceptable. The drinks were terrible! The frozen drinks were left sitting in the blender and were melted and warm! Many, many people we talked to as well as my husband and I fell sick with a gastrointestinal illness while we were there. I spent an entire day of my vacation in bed!

This place has outstanding staff, a convenient location near shops, a lovely building close to all the fun activities, and a main restaurant on-site.

I really liked our room location and room amenities. The all-inclusive drinks were also a big plus.

I didn't like that our patio doors were difficult to open and that I ripped a hole in the screen while trying to get them open. The hot tube was more like a jet pool not warm at all. Also the food at the buffet was mediocre. Also I would have appreciate a little bit more information on what was included in the all-inclusive package.

Smiling charming staff in resturants ,bar, housekeeping and activities. , good location on beach , nice accomodations and gardens , honest good food .

Petty things. (1.) Room rate quoted in us dollars, wanted to pay in euros , this attracted a 5% premium over local exchange rate.(2) Had to pay USD 30 extra to use room safe box key. (3) Reception staff poor and welcome lacking , generally not helpfull nor interested .
